Return Policy


Premier Beauty, in partnership with HOTHEADS, wants to ensure you are
100% satisfied with your purchase and application of extensions.


You may return defective hair within 6 months of purchase.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly through Premier Beauty. Hair must not be cut, colored, or altered in any way from its original delivered form.

Returns that are altered or outside the 6-month window, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer with no refund.

How to make exchanges or returns

Contact Client Services at 847-480-0000 or sales@pbsupply.com to report an issue regarding a HOTHEADS extension product:

Requesting an exchange

  1. Replacement product will be shipped out right away and package will include a return label.

  2. Defective product must be sent back within 14 days using provided UPS label.

  3. If defective product is not sent back within 14 days, you will be charged for replacement product sent.

Requesting a refund

  1. A UPS return label will be provided

    via email.

  2. Defective product must be sent back within 14 days using provided UPS label.

  3. Once defective product has been returned, the credit for refund will be issued.
